Christine Salvatore, In Line Management’s Founder and CEO, loves what she does because it combines her desire to help businesses reach their full potential with her passion for tidiness. After spending a decade-plus in the entertainment industry cutting her teeth under production accounting teams for Warner Media, Paramount, Disney, Netflix, and more, Christine knew it was time to watch her own company grow.

As an entrepreneur, Christine understands that her clients started their enterprises to reach their personal goals, not to double-check piles of receipts and grind through spreadsheets. Her affinity for communication and nuanced knowledge of production gives her an edge when it comes to cracking the difficult puzzles that unlock the floodgates to possibility.

When her roster grew faster than she’d anticipated, Christine assembled a team of like-minded qualified production accountants and bookkeepers who have a similar knack for turning chaos into order. In building her team of dreamers eager to pull out of dead-end careers, she discovered another passion: empowering people with livable incomes and opportunities to redefine themselves.
